Depending on the model, terrain, and pedal-assist level used, our bikes typically provide a range between 35 to 70 miles per full charge.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We provide a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer's warranty on the frame, motor, and battery, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.

Are the bikes water-resistant?

Our e-bikes are rated IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle rain and splashes; however, they should never be submerged or cleaned with high-pressure washers.
